But when it comes to my actual workflow, I haate the clutter. So I always try to keep my tool stack as lean as possible.

Still, as a creator and a marketer, that’s easier said than done.

There are just too many moving parts: newsletter, content planning, video, writing, scheduling, client work.

So in today’s quick issue, I’m gonna share what my tool stack looks like right now. These are the tools I actually use daily or weekly to keep things running:

  • Send my newsletter → Beehiiv

  • Design posts & banners → Canva

  • Book meetings → Calendly

  • Transcribe meetings → Otter.ai

  • Create presentations → Gamma

  • Plan content & manage tasks → Notion

  • Brainstorm ideas & draft content → ChatGPT

  • Edit short-form videos → CapCut

  • Audit client websites → Semrush

  • Check on-page SEO → Detailed

  • Showcase my portfolio → Authory

  • Draft & deliver articles → Google Docs

That’s all I use daily.
