Hi Friends 👋

If you’ve known me for a while, you know how much I stress the importance of creating content around the actual questions your ideal client persona is asking across the web.

That’s how you stay relevant.
And that’s how you increase your chances of getting featured in AI results.

Finding those questions isn’t the hard part for most people.

Doing it consistently is.

And when I say that, I’m talking about myself too.

Even though I’m in content marketing head to toe, I still struggle to carve out time to do this regularly for my own content.

That’s why I’ve been looking for ways to automate this part and save time.

I’ve been dragging my feet on setting up full automations in Zapier, Make, or n8n (one day I will, and I’ll definitely share the system with you).

But before going that route, I found a much simpler, no-hassle way to automate it.

And it’s free.

Two weeks ago, I randomly decided to test what Grok had to offer.

One thing I noticed is that it doesn’t automatically agree with everything you say. It tends to challenge assumptions a bit more, which I like.

For example, I asked a specific question and part of the output said something along the lines of:

“Looking at what people discuss on Reddit, this is what you should focus on…”

That immediately caught my attention.

From what I understand, Grok pulls heavily from real-time discussions on platforms like X and Reddit. Which means the answers are often grounded in what people are actually debating, struggling with, or trying to figure out.

And that makes it particularly useful for research.

But here’s the best part.

You can automate research-related tasks inside Grok.

As a test, I created this task:

“Every week, identify the most common or interesting questions founders and early-stage teams are asking about content marketing, SEO, AI tools, and organic growth.”

I set it to run weekly and send me a summary every Friday morning.

Now, every Friday, I receive a solid research snapshot based on real discussions happening online.

If your goal is to answer one relevant question per day with your content, that’s basically a week’s worth of ideas delivered to you automatically.

From there, you can:

  • record a short video answering one question

  • write a LinkedIn post

  • turn it into a newsletter section

  • or batch-create content around a theme

All starting from real demand.

Pro tip: Ask the AI tool you already use (especially if it has context about your business) to generate a strong, structured prompt for Grok based on your niche and ideal client.
